SPONSORSHIP DRIVE FOR 2025

This Sponsorship Drive runs from November 1, 2024 - December 31, 2025. NERA is pleased to offer the below sponsorship levels. If you renew or become an annual sponsor between November 1 - December 31, 2024, you will receive a 10% discount.

To be included in Annual Sponsor Signage you will need to register and completed payment by April 10, 2025.

To access and complete the Sponsor Application, please login to the website.  You must have an Active Membership in order to become annual sponsor to NERA.

Platinum - $1,500.00

• Two free guest registrations per sponsorship year
• Display table for the day of the conference (*Sponsor can display company signage, marketing materials, and conference giveaways)
  
• Recognition in Platinum group on video loop during conference

• Verbal introduction, during the opening address, at the conference

Gold - $1,250.00

• One free guest registration per sponsorship year
• Display table for the day of the conference (*Sponsor can display company signage, marketing materials, and conference giveaways)      
• Recognition in Gold group on video loop during conference
• Sponsor name tag ribbon
• Verbal introduction, during the opening address, at the conference
• Recognition on NERA website  

Silver - $1,000.00

• Recognition in Silver group on video loop during conference       
• Sponsor name tag ribbon      
• Verbal introduction, during the opening address, at the conference
• Recognition on NERA website       

Per Annual Meeting Opportunities:

Breakfast Sponsor – 2 per meeting at $500  

• allows suppliers to assist with corporate registration and mingle with corporates at breakfast prior to the roundtable.
• Can pass out swag in the roundtable.

• Supplier signage posted at Mingle
• sponsors can great everyone as they enter
• can provide swag for tables etc.

• Company Logo Posted on Top of Website noted as Website sponsor

Lanyard Sponsor – 1 per meeting at $500

• Company Logo (provided to NERA when sponsoring) will be used to create personalized Conference Lanyard
• Payment and Logo will need to be provided at least 3 weeks prior to the meeting date
