No Solicitation Policy

The New England Relocation Association (NERA) maintains a no-solicitation policy with the objective of providing a distraction-free environment for our members, attendees, and sponsors at all NERA conferences, meetings, webinars, and other events. This policy applies to all participants and encompasses activities involving direct solicitation, such as asking for business, soliciting management services, and distributing or requesting proposals. To ensure compliance with this policy, all participants should refrain from engaging in any form of solicitation during NERA events, unless specifically invited by a member.

Examples of prohibited solicitation activity include:

• Unauthorized receptions & parties (including off-site events)
• Unauthorized exhibits
• Unauthorized membership recruitment activities
• Unauthorized promotion events
• Unauthorized on-site distribution of printed or electronic materials including literature, signs, flyers, invitations, tickets, forms, etc. (except business cards)

Accordingly, we ask that all participants at NERA events refrain from using attendee lists or similar information for solicitation purposes without the express permission of NERA.

Failure to comply with this policy may result in expulsion from the event without refund of registration fees. In cases of egregious and/or repeated NERA Board of directors reserves the right to disqualify individuals or organization from future events
