NERA Logo Contest Rules

Eligibility:

Only active NERA members can participate in the contest.  Please click here for the link to our page where you can sign up to join.

Submission Guidelines:

1. Participants may submit up to two unique logo designs.

2. Designs must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration for any other contests.

3. Entries should be submitted in digital format (JPEG, PNG, or PDF) with a minimum resolution of 300 DPI.

4. Colors used in the design should be clearly specified.

Design Requirements:

1. The logo must include the acronym "NERA" (New England Relocation Association).

2. Designs should reflect the mission and values of NERA, emphasizing community, professionalism, and inclusivity.

3. The logo should be scalable and easily recognizable in both color and black-and-white formats.

Submission Process:

1. All entries must be submitted via email to Admin@neraonline.com by the deadline.

2. Each submission should include the participant's name, contact information, and a brief description of the design.

Deadline:

The deadline for submitting entries is **April 12, 2024, 11:59 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST)**.

Judging Criteria:

1. Originality and Creativity

2. Relevance to NERA's Mission and Values

3. Aesthetic Appeal

4. Clarity and Versatility

Prize:

The top 3 designs will be selected by the NERA board of directors and the winner will be voted by the NERA members during the next NERA meeting on May 2nd.

The winner will receive a weekend in Boston (2 nights corporate housing ) offered by Churchill Living + $200 restaurant gift card offered by BAL, and have their logo featured prominently on NERA's official materials.

Notification:

The winner will be announced at the next NERA event on May 2nd.

Intellectual Property:

By submitting an entry, participants agree that NERA retains the right to use and modify the winning design for promotional and branding purposes. The winning design becomes the property of NERA.
